Scott J. Learned has joined our firm as Special Counsel in our new Elmira office. Scott’s practice concentrates on Personal Injury, General Civil Litigation, Wrongful Death and Disability Benefits – Social Security and Workers’ Compensation. Scott is a seasoned attorney with 40 years of experience handing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Workplace Injuries with a long running track record of successful representation.
